So I've been trying to keep up with a few friends' blogs (a few are posted to the right) and I usually check at least weekly to see if any new posts have been made. I enjoy keeping up with the life updates, insights, and fun stuff that they post about. My friend Amy recently noted that in the 30 days she's had her blog she had 300 views, which averages to about 10 a day. She can count me as a few of those for sure! She uses a different website to post from, and after looking around my blogger dashboard for about 10 minutes, I was completely unable to figure out how to check my views. So I'm wondering, does anybody actually read this? I've received a few comments... but they are all from only 2 people, so as far as I know, only 2 people follow my blog!
So...should I post more often? Are my posts too boring? I originially started this blog to not only write down some of my thoughts and to publish some of my projects (this part I have been slacking on!), but hopefully to keep my friends and family updated on my "going-ons" since it seems like the day to day hustle and bustle doens't leave time for the basic "how've you been" conversations anymore.
Using the beautiful blogs of my friends as inspiration, I hope to make my entries a bit more creative and to add more pictures. The new computer should help with that, once I finally upload all my new pictures onto it :-)
So to those who read, thanks! You make it worth it :-)
yay me! i really like your blog. like you said, it's a great way to keep in touch. almost like emailing but public so you don't necessarily have to be on distribution to get it and read it.

Thanks Amy! I'm going to try to post more for a few reasons... reason one, is that I wanna get in the habit so when we do get to Japan I don't have a whole mountain of things to blog about in one giant blog cuz I put it off for a week! Also, we finally bought our new computer so I am on it a lot more! Fighting thru the old, slow, laptop made doing things online a pain!
